John Pumphrey is the Senior Client Success Lead at Synfinii, where he partners with asset management firms to transform data into lasting client value. Anchored in the principles of the Infinity Effect, he helps clients align strategy, systems, and execution to drive growth, deepen relationships, and build sustainable competitive advantage.

As a trusted advisor, John bridges insight and action—guiding clients through complex initiatives that enhance distribution performance and enable data-driven decision-making. He collaborates across Synfinii’s delivery, support, and product teams to ensure every engagement delivers measurable outcomes while identifying future opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

Before joining Synfinii (formerly SalesPage) in 2020, John spent 25 years at Eaton Vance, advancing from internal wholesaling to leadership roles in sales analytics, data quality, and enablement. He also served as Chief of Staff and Director of Sales Enablement Solutions at Synfinii, helping shape the company’s evolution and the way clients leverage technology to achieve strategic goals.

Outside of work, John and his wife are enthusiastic travelers with a special fondness for the Dominican Republic, and he’s an active supporter of animal charities in his local community.
