Karen Winters

As Operations Manager, Advisor Atlas (part of Synfinii’s services team), Karen leads efforts in collecting and enriching the viability and efficacy of applied client and industry data, most notably advisor team data. She ensures this data integrates seamlessly with asset managers’ systems, providing the timeliness and quality needed for informed, profitable business decisions.

Karen joined Synfinii through the acquisition of Advisor Atlas in 2019, where she has been a key team member since 2012. At Advisor Atlas, founded by respected data architect Madelyn Martin, Karen played an instrumental role in automating processes that significantly improved data verification and quality.

Karen previously worked in mobile telecommunications, where she held various roles. Her diverse background and commitment to operational excellence and team data quality have been pivotal to the success of Advisor Atlas and Synfinii.

When Karen isn’t deep into data, she enjoys DIY projects, traveling, attending live concerts, and spending time with her family, friends, and especially her dog.
