Tom Larson serves as the Business Development Manager at Synfinii, where he leverages over 20 years of fintech expertise to drive client success. His extensive background includes leadership roles across financial services, where he specialized in sales, marketing, and distribution. Tom’s ability to navigate complex market environments has made him a key contributor to Synfinii’s mission of enhancing data-driven distribution strategies for asset managers.

Outside the office, Tom’s passion for scuba diving allows him to find clarity and fresh perspectives underwater. His dedication to environmental stewardship is reflected in his long-term involvement with Harbor WildWatch, a non-profit focused on environmental education, where he has served on the board of directors for over a decade. An avid outdoorsman, Tom also enjoys hiking, backpacking, and spending time with his wife, children, and four grandchildren.

Tom holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
