Ana Zapata is a Marketing Coordinator at Synfinii, where she manages the company’s social media presence and media relations, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with clients and industry professionals. Ana also leads AI adoption for the sales & marketing team. Before stepping into her current role, Ana was a Marketing Intern at Synfinii, where she contributed to the company’s website redesign, developed targeted marketing campaigns, and refined internal and external communications.
Ana graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations. She is active with the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and, for her work during her undergrad, received the Gold Key Award, a national honor recognizing outstanding academic excellence and leadership in public relations. Outside work, she enjoys all things creative, thrifting, and relaxing with her book club.
