Jen Rutledge

With 20 years in the software industry, Jen is a transformative leader with expertise in business process optimization, agile methodologies, and customer relationship management. She drives the processes and team development crucial for Synfinii’s growth, with a focus on the human side of work and a deep commitment to clients’ and team members’ goals.

Before joining Synfinii, Jen was a Group Program Director at VML, where she played a key role in delivering global digital projects for Kellogg. She holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University, where she also served as Chair of the BIS Advisory Council and received the WMU Outstanding Young Alumni Award.

Dedicated to the Kalamazoo community, Jen served on the West Michigan Project Management Institute board and taught classes at local institutions. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing by the pool, cheering on her kids at their events, and remodeling home and office spaces.
