John Salvatierra

John joined Synfinii in 2019, advancing from Director of CRM & BI Solutions to Director of Product Management in 2025. With over two decades of experience in product leadership, CRM, and business intelligence, he has a strong track record of delivering solutions that drive client success and operational excellence. His expertise spans software development, information management, and client services—with a consistent focus on the evolving needs of asset managers and financial services organizations.

Before Synfinii, John held senior roles at Celera Systems, RGP, Compushare, and Capital Group, where he led CRM and sales reporting initiatives, managed multidisciplinary teams, and delivered technology solutions for diverse clients. He holds an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a BS in Finance from Arizona State University.

Outside of work, he enjoys family activities, hiking, and DIY home improvement projects.
