As a Solutions Analyst, Kassie ensures clients gain maximum value from Synfinii’s data management capabilities through CRM, BI, and marketing applications that support sales and distribution efforts. Her role involves consulting with clients on business strategy, troubleshooting data and technical challenges, and identifying opportunities to enhance CRM and marketing automation tools.
Kassie began her career at Synfinii in marketing before transitioning into roles that allowed her to apply her analytical and technical skills. She is a two-time graduate of Western Michigan University, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Accountancy, as well as a Master of Business Administration, which she attained while working in Donor Relations and Engagement at the University. Kassie has also earned multiple Salesforce certifications, further refining her expertise.
