Rene Pereiro

As a Senior Business Analyst on Synfinii’s Client Activation team, Rene Pereiro brings over 15 years of industry experience to every client engagement. She plays a pivotal role in translating complex client requirements into scalable, configuration‑driven solutions that align with both SaaS best practices and the operational realities of the asset management industry. Rene partners closely with clients to align business processes with platform‑native configurations that support both immediate needs and long‑term operational excellence.

In this role, Rene leads requirements discovery, designs rules‑engine configurations, and ensures end‑to‑end validation of business outcomes delivered by the Activation team. She works cross‑functionally with Activation Leads, Engineers, Product Management, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption across client organizations.

Before joining Synfinii in 2022, Rene served as Director of Technology & Compliance at a registered investment adviser, leading technology governance and operational controls. She previously spent nearly eight years at Harbor Capital Advisors, advancing into senior roles focused on distribution intelligence and data‑driven analytics.

Rene holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University.

Outside of work, family comes first. Rene loves traveling with her husband, young son, and their dog, and trying new restaurants along the way. She’s an unapologetic Detroit Lions fan, a member of two book clubs, and always up for a good board game or trivia night.
